Determining Your Provisional Ballot Status
If you submitted a provisional ballot at a polling place on Election Day of the 2012 General Election, you were given the detachable stub from the envelope in which your provisional ballot was sealed. The envelope stub is imprinted with a unique identifying number or "pin." In order to determine whether your provisional ballot was verified and counted, go to the Secretary of State's provisional ballot look-up site and enter the pin id from your provisional envelope stub.
If you misplaced or did not receive a provisional envelope stub at your polling place, please call 970-429-2713 to learn whether your provisional ballot was counted.
